Parade Route
This years Halloween Parade will begin at the intersection of Walnut St. and W Big Spring Ave. and will end at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
The parade path will be up W Big Spring Ave. and turn on to S High Street toward W Main St and will continue on to W Main St till the intersection of W Main St and West St the end of the parade.
Parade Participant setup locations
Parade Participants pleas meet up on Cemetery Road for line -up @ 5:30PM – 6:45PM
For better flow and traffic patterns the staging area is going to be in two locations this year.
Divisions A-J will line up on Broad Street
Divisions K-N will line up at the Newville Fairground
Fairgrounds will have $5 meals consisting of Hot dog French fries and a drink. The bathrooms will also be open. For Divisions K-N. 5:15 to 7:30
